Virtual CEO assessments are dynamic, interactive management tools that directly involve management teams in the process of assessing the strategic direction and overall effectiveness of their organization. These Web based diagnostic tools provide a way to rapidly assess the situation, validate the approach, develop and execute targeted business solutions.

Organization Dynamic Model

Virtual CEO assessments are based on the "Organization Dynamic Model" developed by Virtual CEO, Inc. This model illustrates the interdependencies of the three Core Drivers: Organization: Strategy, Design and Culture and how an organization's success is driven through these interdependencies. Virtual CEO assessments provide a comprehensive self-evaluation of an organizations performance by assessing 35 business disciplines (Principle Elements) within the three core drivers.

The 117 best practice statements used for the assessments are drawn from the works of internationally recognized experts in the fields of strategy, sales, marketing, core competency, economics, corporate culture, leadership and several other disciplines required to run a successful organization.

Completing an assessment takes one hour. The entire process, including validating the outcomes and action planning, takes just a few days, not weeks or months. The program, which evaluates both the performance and importance of each discipline, encourages executives to take a cross functional view of their organization and then use this information to rapidly develop and implement targeted, measurable solutions.
