Robert McPhail, Founder
Robert McPhail is a diversified management consultant, specializing in business and investment analysis, strategic planning and business advisory services.
Robert has broad industry and project experience together with twenty years of progressive responsibility in executive management. During his career, Robert has served as a corporate manager, consultant and held executive positions including, President & CEO and Chief Financial Officer where he organized, structured and assisted numerous private and public companies through their strategic business plans, corporate reorganizations and various equity and debt funding arrangements.
Robert is an enthusiastic team player who can constructively influence and make decisions. His strengths are demonstrated in analytical acuity, business acumen, communication skills, technical writing and financial modeling.
Robert studied corporate finance at the University of Calgary and earned an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University. Robert is also a student candidate in the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
