We will always strive to avoid even the appearance of impropriety. Our policies prohibit accepting simultaneous employment with a client’s suppliers, customers and competitors or from taking part in any activity that enhances or supports a competitor’s position.

Maintain Confidentiality

Our client relationships necessarily involve receiving confidential and proprietary information. We have a responsibility to safeguard it and to never disclose intentionally or inadvertently. We will only disclose business sensitive information with consent or when legally required to do so.

We endeavor to produce excellence in our work. We negotiate realistic agreements with clients on schedules, budgets and project delivery and then strive to fulfill these obligations in a timely, responsible manner.

Operate with Integrity

Before using another person's work, we obtain permission. We respect copyright and attribute authorship of material and ideas to those who make the original and substantive contribution. We do not perform work outside our job scope during hours compensated by clients except with their permission; nor do we use their facilities, equipment or supplies without their approval.
