BizNavigators.com is the online division of 2ic Strategy Group (2ic) a corporate finance and management consulting company. 2ic was founded in 1998. Our goal is to advance the understanding and practice of strategic management as the integrating force for improving individual and organizational performance. We are dedicated to helping clients reinvent strategy, discover and launch new businesses, create new business architecture for the future and revitalize organizations by facilitating new learning, discovery and passion.

The initialism "2ic"; is derived from the Air Force term Second-in-Command. Personified within a corporate environment, 2ic Strategy Group:
- Achieves the mission by reviewing purpose, direction and motivation as a "deliverable" for the CEO
- Speaks the truth, confidently and honestly advises the Emperor when he has no clothes
- Maintains a broad based view of the entire Company supported by firsthand knowledge of the complex relationships linking external factors
- Understands and embodies the CEO's intent while influencing the process along the way by reinforcing the direction for achieving the CEO's vision, goals, and objectives.
